 "My husband and I were looking for a house to at least start looking....didn't expect to find one as quick as we did. Stephanie answered the phone when I called Dehoff Realty. Stephanie and I talked on the phone with as what I wanted in a house. I explained that I wanted a 3-4 bedroom house with enough cupboard space as well as flat driveway. I didn't want our payments to be over $900/mth due to other bills. She immediately got on her search list to find what we were looking for in a house. I did ask her if she could fax them to me as well as email them to me so when I got home I could go thru some of them with my husband. She told me that when we were ready to start looking we can either start by seeing a couple houses at a time or all at once in one day. I sent her about 15 houses I wanted to look at in one evening. We met her at the office on search of a house at this point. She even made a book with all the pictures and addresses with info on the houses that we were looking at that evening. She explains everything that is needed to be and she also answers any questions you have at anytime. It is not like you find couple houses and it on her schedule...she makes the point to schedule around you and not give you the run around. We are still in process of buying the house, but every time she has no idea as to an answer that i questioned her on about the house-she will go over to that house and answer all your questions. She is a very nice and helpful lady. She will do anything that you ask her to. I have had to ask her a couple times to see if different family members can look at the house as well, but couldn't when we did due to work schedules. She has set everything up all in the matter of a few minutes. She is there to help the client out in anything and everything that they ask. This is our first time home buying experience and I would recommend Stephanie to anyone. She is such a sweetheart and we are glad we found someone so nice and helpful."
